How to be better at Photography

Have you ever wanted to be better at photography?  Well today is your lucky day because in this paper I am going to be giving you some tips on how to improve your photography skills.  Photography is an important skill to have because it can capture many moments and memories and it can allow us to share and to communicate.  There are many ways that you can improve your skills, I could go on for hours about every little detail, but I am going to keep this simple and easy.
Obviously one of the biggest parts about taking good photos is having a good quality camera.  A few that I would recommend are the Nikon D7200, the Canon EOS 760D, the Panasonic FZ1000, and the Sony A7R ll.  The only problem with these are that they can get really expensive ranging from $300 to even $1000 dollars, crazy right?  You don’t have to buy these exact ones, but you still want a good quality camera so do your research and find a camera that fits you and your budget.
One of the biggest things that will highly improve the quality of your photos when you shoot, is finding the light.  Before you raise your camera see where the light is coming from and use it to your advantage.  Whether it's natural light coming from the Sun or an artificial source like a lamp, you want to think, How can I use it to make my photos look better?  Light has to do with photos more than you might believe.  Light effects the appearance of everything you photograph.
The next step to taking better pictures is to take pictures of things that you love and that inspire or interest you.  If you like to take pictures of nature then do it, if you like to take photos of food or animals, then do it, no one is stopping you. Don’t take pictures of things that are boring and uninteresting to you because if you do then you will get bored with what you are doing and stop, which brings me to the next step.
Take lots of photos.  Anywhere you go bring a camera or your phone and take photos of things that look interesting.  If you travel to a new place take photos of every new thing, if you go to the mountains or the beach, take many photos.  Fill your camera roll with many photos because at least one of them will turn out perfectly.  Did you know that it takes 10,000 hours to master something?  That may just seem like a long time but as they say practice makes perfect.
Those are just the main tips that have helped me become a better photographer.  Obviously there is so many ways that you can improve on, but this is the main part.  Photography is a great skill that I think everyone has and can do.  If you think that you are a bad photographer or that you don’t have the “skill” then you’re wrong.  Anyone can do this if they believe they can and if they practice hard.  “You don’t take a photograph. You make it.”
